What does Little Eden do?
At Little Eden, we believe everyone wants a nice garden, but not everyone wants to be a gardener. So, we’re making it easy for people to buy the right plants for them and their garden. To do this, we’ve created a unique tool that allows users to quickly and easily personalise the Little Eden plant store to them - so users only see the perfect plants for them and their garden!
We source the best plants and products from the best suppliers in the UK, and deliver them to their new home, along with all the tips you need to look after your new plants.
How do I create my personalised my plant store?
It's easy to create your personalised plant store and see only the ideal plants for you each time you visit Little Eden. Simply use our online quiz (takes just 3 minutes) and you’ll get your personalised plant recommendations instantly! To save your results and personalise the Little Eden plant store so you only see plants perfect for you each time you visit, simply enter your email during the quiz and you’ll get an email invite to set up your account (just creating a password). Then, Little Eden will be your personalised plant store!

Who are Little Eden?
We’re a small company with big ideas! We’re using technology to make it easier for people to buy and care for plants in the UK. We’re a limited company (registered number: 13921010 ) founded by two friends with the vision of providing a lifetime of garden enjoyment for everyone. We’re starting with helping customers pick the right plants for their garden, and will grow, creating new features and tools to help people buy, manage and care for their garden.
Who are Green Fingers?
Green Fingers is an amazing charity we support (charity Reg no: 1076640). Children’s hospices provide crucial care and support to thousands of families with seriously ill children across the UK. Much of the hospice fundraising goes towards providing equipment and the vital care which goes on inside the hospice, leaving little funding for their outside spaces. Green Fingers creates magical gardens for life-limited children, and their families, who spend time in hospices.
I’ve killed plants before, can you help me look after my plant?
Firstly, we've all been there!
Our unique tool will be a great place to start as it will help you pick the best plants for your and your garden - based on your garden data, the things you like and what you want to achieve.
All of our plants come with a detailed care-guide and have their own individual plant profile page which not only describes what conditions the plant best thrives in, but also has clear plant feature tags that make it easy to see the plant features (child/pet safe, attractive to bees, great for small garden etc.) which will help you pick the ideal plants for your garden.
Our garden experts are always on had to help too - we live by the “no such thing as a stupid question” mantra - so ask us anything you need, email@example.com
Are my plants child/pet-friendly?
All of our plants in our family garden collections are child- and pet-friendly (unless otherwise stated in the plant description). Look out for our clear tags that show if the plant is pet and child safe. As will most things, this is just a guide and individuals may react differently.
How will plants arrive?
Plants will arrive lovingly packed into boxes. Depending on the time of year, your plant may arrive in bloom or with leaves, or in a dormant state. Plants are sent in a pot, or may arrive as a bare root (when dormant).
How big will they grow?
We’ve but handy size guides on our plant profile pages so you can get an idea on the estimated height the plant arrives at, and will grow to. If you’ve got a smaller garden and space is an issue, then our online tool will help you by only displaying plants that are suitable for your garden.
How does delivery work and how long does it take?
We aim to deliver our plants within 10 working days - we source the highest quality plant from the best suppliers. Our deliveries aim to be on a Friday so that our plants, as lying things, dont spend a weekend sat in a box in a delivery depot! Also, when they arrive on Friday then they are just in time for you to plant them at the weekend!
How much is delivery?
Delivery is £5.99 - plants are heavy and can be large.
My delivery is late, what’s happened?
Oh no! Sorry about that. We aim to deliver within 10 working days. If it has been longer than this since you ordered, then please let us know (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we’ll track things down and make it right for you.
Not everything I ordered is in my delivery
It can be frustrating when not everything has arrived in one order. Sometimes we dispatch part of your order if some items are taking longer to source, this is so you get most of your order whilst we get the rest to you. If this happens - we’ll make it clear in your delivery.
On the rare occasion that we’ve missed something, firstly we’re super sorry! Just get in touch (email@example.com) and we’ll make it right for you.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK with the exception of the channel islands and some remote regions in Scotland. Due to new Brexit regulations we are not currently delivering to Northern Ireland, but we hope to be back soon. If you live in a remote area then get in touch (firstname.lastname@example.org) to check if we can deliver to you.
How do you take payment?
For all our orders, we take secure payment via the checkout. We accept a variety of payment methods including debit or credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can make a change to your order, or cancel your order, up to two days after placing your order. To make a change, please contact our customer service team (email@example.com). Unfortunately, we’re not able to make changes to an order closer to the delivery day.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
We take every effort to pack our products with love to ensure that all our products are delivered in perfect condition. In the event that something has gone wrong, please contact our customer service team (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please include a clear photo of the damaged plant. As long as you let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, we’ll sort it for you.
