Shipping policy

We send our plant gifts with nominated day delivery.

We hand-pick plants direct from top-rated local growers, so you get the finest quality plants at the best prices.

We source and package every order only after we receive it. No storing plants for ages in poor conditions - we've all been to garden centres with the saddest looking plants.

We run a nominated-day delivery service, so you get your plants just in time. Pick your nominated day at the checkout.

We use DPD as our main delivery partner.

As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number. If you're not in, you can arrange to leave your plants in a safe place or with a neighbour. 

For orders under £150, we charge £6.99 for delivery.

To ensure we can protect your plants during delivery, and use a trusted delivery service, we charge a small amount for each order.

Delivery surcharges

Our standard delivery is to Mainland UK only which excludes some Scottish locations. Offshore and other Scottish locations can be delivered to with an additional surcharge.
