Little Eden Reward Terms

Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Little Eden Rewards is a referral scheme by My Little Eden Ltd, encouraging users to share Little Eden content to earn rewards for use on the Little Eden website (www.mylittleeden.co.uk).

By participating, you accept these terms and conditions:

2. Definitions

  • Participant: An individual who has purchased a Garden Blueprint and is participating in the referral scheme.
  • Referral Link: A personalised URL provided to the Participant for sharing.
  • Reward: A discount code for Garden-in-a-box products.

3. Eligibility

  • The referral scheme is available only to customers in the UK.
  • Participants must have purchased a Garden Blueprint from Little Eden.

4. How It Works

  • After purchasing a Garden Blueprint, you will receive a personalised referral link (e.g., www.Little.Eden/JohnDoe).
  • Share your link publicly on social media platforms Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter) or Pinterest and tag @asklittleden or share your link privately (e.g. email, text, WhatsApp)
  • When someone uses your link and completes a garden quiz, they will receive a 33% discount on a Garden Blueprint.
  • You will receive a £30 discount code via email within 0-10 days for Garden-in-a-box products when you either:
    • Share your link publicly (not via private account) plus follow and tag @asklittleeden OR;
    • Someone uses your link to buy a Garden Blueprint.
  • If you’ve already bought a Garden-in-a-box product from us within 7 days of earning a Reward, you will be offered a £30 refund if you prefer this to a discount code.

5. Reward Details

Type: £30 discount code for Garden-in-a-box products.

 Eligibility: Valid only for purchases using the same email account as the Garden Blueprint purchase. 

Limitations:

  • One use per customer.
  • Can be combined with other discounts (including the £10 discount code for buying a blueprint)
  • Active from the day it is sent via email.
  • No expiry date.
  • Can only be used to buy Garden-in-a-box products (e.g. not Blueprints, Plant Gifts, or Planting Kits).

6. Verification Process

  • Public Posts: Follow and Tag @asklittleeden on Instagram, X, or Facebook, AND include your Referral Link.
  • Private Shares: Verification occurs when a purchase is made through your Referral Link.

7. Reward Conditions

  • Only one reward per person.
  • Rewards issued will be based on the reward value at the time of your post or purchase by your referral, whichever occurs first.
  • Current reward value is £30, last reviewed on 20 May 2024.

8. Abuse and Misuse

  • Little Eden reserves the right to cancel rewards if fraudulent activity is suspected. 

9. Non-Transferability

  • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of credit.

10. User Generated Content

  • By tagging @asklittleeden, you permit Little Eden to use your content for marketing and advertising purposes (e.g. sharing and liking your post from @asklittleeden accounts). You have the right to opt-out of this usage. You can do this by emailing hello@mylittleeden.co.uk.

11. Support and Issues

  • For any issues or if you haven't received your discount within 10 working days, email hello@mylittleeden.co.uk for assistance.

12. Termination and Modification

  • Little Eden reserves the right to terminate or modify the referral program at any time without prior notice.
  • Little Eden can change these terms at any time. Changes will only apply to future posts and purchases after the date of the terms changes. 

13. Liability

  • Little Eden is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the referral program.

14. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
