Prize Draw Terms
PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS [10th Aug 2023]
1. Introduction:
These terms and conditions apply to the prize draw ("Prize Draw") being run by My Little Eden Ltd, in relation to the user test on mylittleeden.co.uk. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By entering into this Prize Draw, you agree that you have read these terms and that you agree to them.
2. Eligibility:
a. To be eligible to enter the Prize Draw, entrants must be a subscriber to the Little Eden newsletter at the time of entering.
b. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
c. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
d. Employees or agencies of My Little Eden Ltd, their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.
3. How to Enter:
a. To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must complete the user test and enter the email address associated with their newsletter subscription in the product quiz.
b. Entries will be automatically considered upon the completion of the user test. No confirmation of entry will be provided.
c. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
4. Prize:
a. The winner will receive 1x £250 in Amazon vouchers in a prize draw OR a guaranteed £10 Little Eden e-Gift Voucher, depending on the quiz you took.
b. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
5. Draw Details:
a. The draw will be conducted no later than 31st October 2023.
b. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
c. The decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6. Winner Notification:
a. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days after the draw date.
b. If the winner does not respond to the notification email within 14 days, or if the prize is declined, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn.
7. Data Protection:
a. Entrants' details will not be used for any other purpose without their permission.
8. General:
a. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.
b. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant is not eligible or has otherwise breached any of these terms and conditions.
9. Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions and the Prize Draw are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
