Daphne is a plant with pale pink, sweet-smelling flowers that bloom from purple-pink buds in January. The flowers are followed by red fruit. It has dark green leaves with yellow margins and is evergreen. This plant thrives in sunny, sheltered areas and its fragrance can be enjoyed in the winter garden. It's great to plant at the edge of a mixed border or near a path.
